Job Description:We are looking for Male/Female staff members to provide phone support to our existing international clients.US accent English skills is a must.FULL JOB TRAINING PROVIDED.Customer Support American English Accent is Must.Our office is located on Link Road Model Town LahoreRequirements:
  • Qualifications: O/A Levels minimum.
  • Years of Experience: 0 to 3 Years of Experience.
  • This is not a telemarketing job.
  • No age restrictions.
  • Exceptional skills in English both written and verbal.
  • Should have American, British, Australian or neutral ascent but fluency is a must.
  • Candidate should be focused and detail oriented.
  • Timeline oriented, stretch and learn ability.
  • Should have very good negotiations communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work during business hours (1am to 10am Pakistan time).
  • Must have own conveyance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming calls and email and update clients about existing orders.
  • Communicate and help our international team with work requirements.
  • Constant follow-ups with the clientele .
  • Reply to inquiries and update central system.
Desired Skills:
  • People with foreign education or foreign experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Sales experience is nice to have.
 
Skills Required:
