Job Description:

Running Office Affairs Smoothly, & Supporting overall management of the administrative Tasks
  • Preparing invoices, reports, letters, vouchers, correspondence, presentations, documents, samples, and managing their files & keeping updated records.
  • Receiving and sending mails, packages, & samples, recording and redirecting, and handling such with courier companies as well
  • Maintaining office stationery, required supplies inventory, and office equipment
  • Handling visitors with professional etiquette.
  • Operating and maintaining, general office equipment, such as fax, scanner, photocopying, PABX, phone sets, printers, etc. and to maintain computers; using expertise in software + hardware .... and other duties that are required in line with the nature of the administrative / assistant role.
  • This position is ideally suited for FEMALES being a completely INDOOR OFFICE WORK only
     
    Skills Required:
     
    Sound Administrative Tasks Handling and related procedures

    Fluency in written and spoken English

    Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Management, and Co-workers, etc.

    Ability to handle multi-tasking and changing gears quickly, while prioritizing and managing the work-flow effectively with meeting deadlines.

    Must possess Good IQ level, Common-Sense, Problem-Solving, Negotiation, Complaint handling, and Mathematical skills.

    Organized, Confident, Energetic, Adaptable, Creative, Team Player, Flexible, Punctual, Good Listener.

    Proficiency in using MS OUTLOOK, EXCEL, WORD, etc.

    Prior Experience handling similar practices in office environment will be an added advantage.
