- To ensure the quality of petroleum products being received in Depot/ Terminal by road or by pipeline.
- Prepare Daily test reports of tank, receipt tank lorry/ pipeline parcel samples, customer samples
- Maintain updated record of product sample (Internal source or External) tested in Lab, wastage / Retained etc.
- Maintaining Lab inventory, breakage/ damage/loss control, stationary etc.
- Timely calibration of Lab equipments and demand execution for lab necessary items (glassware etc.).
- Preparing monthly reports of sampling summary, external samples billing etc.
- On marketing requirement, visit to customers plants for product sampling, quality complaints.
- Housekeeping and HSE implementation.
- To ensure the quality of petroleum products in storage tanks of terminal.
- Ensure the quality of products being received through Tank Lorries & Pipeline.
- Testing & reporting of samples received from customer
- Preparation of Daily test reports, monthly summary, inventory report etc.
- Maintenance of logbooks.
- Testing equipments maintenance & timely calibration.
- Maintaining Lab inventory, safe disposal of waste & retained samples.
- Housekeeping of laboratory
- Environment, Health & safety (EHS) enhancement in Laboratory
Job requirements
- B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering (Chemical)/ M.Sc Chemistry
- Good
Knowledge of Petroleum Products, Reagents, ASTM/UOP/ISO Methods for
testing, Equipments, Lab Inventory Management, Laboratory Information
Management System (LIMS) & Staff Management
- At least 05 years experience for Professionals experienced in other fields & 02 years in same field.
