 Job Description

Job Objective:

• Build and manage relationships with channel in order to achieve targets and goals through business partners (retail, franchise, distributors etc).

Job Responsibilities:

1. New customer acquisition as per assigned sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
2. Ensure scratch card/ezeeLOAD availability in the market as per assigned targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
3. Contribute towards MFS Revenue targets and MNP targets by ensuring Mobile Financial Services are promoted amongst retailers.
4. Increase/enhance penetration in the retail network.
5. Stock Management of all products at franchise and retail level.
6. Manage retail sales officers and ensure that their market visits are followed as per set schedules and assigned targets are met.
7. Overall franchise management - Adherence to and monitoring of all processes and policies of the company.
8. Monitor and assist trade marketing activities at retail level.

Key Performance Indicator:

• Overall target achievement.
• Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel

Skill Set Required:

• Strong working knowledge about Telco industry, trends, and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
