Job Description
Job Objective:
- Build and manage relationships with channel in order to achieve targets and goals through business partners (retail, franchise, distributors etc).
- New customer acquisition as per assigned sales target on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Ensure scratch card/ezeeLOAD availability in the market as per assigned targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Contribute towards MFS Revenue targets and MNP targets by ensuring Mobile Financial Services are promoted amongst retailers.
- Increase/enhance penetration in the retail network.
- Stock Management of all products at franchise and retail level.
- Manage retail sales officers and ensure that their market visits are followed as per set schedules and assigned targets are met.
- Overall franchise management - Adherence to and monitoring of all processes and policies of the company.
- Monitor and assist trade marketing activities at retail level.
- Overall target achievement.
- Market analysis, feedback and improvement in sales channel
- Strong working knowledge about Telco industry, trends, and strong analytical skills
- Good communication and management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
