Job Description:

  • Assist Sales Manager OOH/ IMT in developing and defining budgeted Annual Sales Plan for Key Accounts IMT Channel.
  • Develop an internal plan for Key Accounts (International Modern Trade) activities.
  • Plan and execute strategies to sell Dany products into International Modern Trade Outlets as per Annual Operating Plans in coordination with Sales Manager OOH/ IMT.
  • Develop retail partner programs with Key Accounts to hit sales targets.
  • Development and execution of Merchandising Plans for Key Accounts (IMT) in coordination with Trade Marketing and Sales Manager OOH/ IMT.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Key Accounts team and assist them in planning workflow in the office and field, preparing primary sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution.
  • Keep a vigilant eye regarding the opening of new and closing of existing retail outlets.
  • Ensure proper retail coverage, shelf care and market share through effective coverage planning.
  • Establish and maintain personal relationships with relevant representatives of Key retailer Account, particularly with key decision-makers.
  • Implement the plan through the Key Accounts (IMT) Team and fill any gaps or variances in the targets.
  • Ensure all promotional schemes are implemented successfully in the respective Key Accounts (IMT) Outlets.
  • Negotiate and finalize IMTs annual contracts related to shelf spacing in coordination with Sales Manager OOH/ IMT.
  • Responsible to ensure proper record keeping and upkeep of company assets placed at different Key Accounts.
  • Carefully review incidents of counterfeits and or infringements. Evaluate each incident in terms of its intensity and frequency. Report the major incidents or more frequent incidents to the Sales Manager OOH/ IMT and take actions in consultation with him.
  • Handle any customer complaints and all related matters amicably and timely.
  • Develop energetic Key Accounts (IMT) Team in consultation with the seniors and the HR Department.
  • Perform any other assignment as assigned by the superior as and when required.
