Job Description: |
|
- Set realistic monthly & quarterly tenancy targets.
- Generating client leads through cold-calls, personal contacts and outdoor visits to increase tenancy as per targets.
- Dealing with walk-in clients, pitching the mall and specific shops after assessment of client profile and business experience.
- Maintaining
detailed database of all cold calls, prospective and walk-in clients
and appraising management of periodic development regarding the same.
- Following
up with walk-in clients and other propspective leads, scheduling
meetings between prospective clients and higher management, and
assisting in closing deals.
- Maintaining a good rapport with existing clients and dealing with non-admin issues.
- Drafting proposals and presentations for tenants and non-tenants.
