Job Description:

The Information Security Analyst will be responsible for protecting information stored or managed across a number of varying, complex environments. The Security Analyst will work closely with our Senior Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to complete high profile, critical services to existing Security Service clients. Serve as a primary responder for customer incidents, taking ownership of client support issues and tracking through resolution. Act as a point of escalation for client incidents and support for junior level Analysts and provide guidance and mentoring. Explain and demonstrate how to use Enterprise Security products to both technical and relatively non-technical personnel. Provide consulting services for implementation of multiple product vendors and technologies. Implement and configure software and appliance-based products in large enterprise environments. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Authorized Support Customers, following processes and interacting appropriately with both customers and partners when required. Perform knowledge transfers and train clients regarding security awareness

Skills Required:

* Professional experience in the Information Security field, typically gained in 1-2 years. * College degree or equivalent with experience working in a Security Operations or client network environment. * General information security knowledge in one or more areas: Enterprise end-point security, Security Information and Event Manager (SIEM), Network Firewall, Web Proxy, E-Mail and Web Gateway * Understanding of network architecture and implementation is a must; ideal candidate will have worked with network security analysis * Excellent time management, reporting, and communication skills * Superior IT problem-solving skills * Shift flexibility, including the ability to provide on call support when needed
