Responsibilities:
- Answer and transfer incoming calls and messages on PABX.
- Must be polite and courteous while answering the phone.
- Keep logs of calls placed and received by all departments.
- Receives messages and deliver the same to the concerned employee if s/he didn’t pick the call.
- Assists callers in identifying their need and then routing calls appropriately.
- Ensure
all contact numbers of USEFP staff are updated and shared with all
staff on monthly basis and a record kept at the Reception desk for
urgent access by any employee.
- Maintains neat appearance reception area, Board Room, Library area and scholars room.
- Performs general clerical duties associated with distributing office faxes, packages and mail as required.
- Develop tracking systems to record inbound and outbound TCS, FedEx and mail.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Front Desk position, Call center experience is preferred.
- Telephone etiquette and extensive background in multi-line telephone system.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office technologies.
- Ability to work individually and with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Efficient, courteous and professional behavior.
