Job Description:

A trainee office coordinator is required to report to the managing director and factory general manager. Main tasks will include the following:
  • Facilitate the performance of the managing director and factory general manager
  • Draft emails and letters. Communicate with clients and vendors
  • Manage daily office routines. Act as PS to the managing director
  • Devise and maintain office systems. Organize documents and electronic information
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions resulting from meetings
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment
  • Coordinate activities of the rider/courier
  • Photocopy and print various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
Since this is a two year trainee-ship programme, the applicant will be trained and taught how to perform all the above tasks and duties. In addition the applicant will participate in on-site training.
We manufacture specialty solvents, paraffin waxes, aerosol products and emulsions.Sharing of ideas is encouraged at Mijokum. Experimentation is encouraged at Mijokum. We believe that “only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly”.
