We are looking for customer support representatives for our e-commerce venture www.supermeal.pk
A candidate must have experience in customer support call center industry and be efficient in handling and solving customer queries.
A candidate must have experience in customer support call center industry and be efficient in handling and solving customer queries.
Skills Required:
Coordinate with customers (restaurant) after the sales department sign the deal.Resolve client/customers complains and queries.
Facilitate and follow up with the client/customers, get food menu from restaurant, complete basic questionnaire to extract information like working hours, delivery hours, mobile number of SMS alerts, address information, food photos etc.
Supervise the content management team to insert the restaurant menus, prices etc and then reviewing the electronic food menu before making the restaurant live.
