Job Purpose
- Provide secretarial support to Vice President - Pakistan
- Responsible for the efficient and effective administration of all office procedures in the Department by proposing improvements to internal procedures and implementing any agreed solutions.
- Co-ordinate and organise meetings / seminars within the EK group, and with the vendors.
- Contribute pro-actively to the departments’ project-work in defined areas.
- Assist with translation and other ad hoc administration tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 5 years experience as a secretary of which 2 years should have been at a senior level.
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power-point and e-mail.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- High degree of confidentiality and maturity to handle matters with tact and discretion.
- A good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and often under pressure.
- Should have the ability to work under a great deal of stress.
- Previous airline experience is an added advantage.
