Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Internee RF-MIS will be responsible for MIS data entry and support in documentation to MIS officer and PSU team.
Qualification:
Fresh Graduate from HEC recognized university (Computer sciences/Statistics/Telecom/Information System or related field).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
§ Knowledge about the basic work ethics;
§ Skills in data entry;
§ Basic knowledge of web-based MIS (but not necessary);
§ Time management skills;
§ Good interpersonal and communication skills;
§ Able to work under pressure;
§ Commitment towards learning and development is desirable;
§ Basic understanding of development sector and emergency response.
Scope of work:
§ Assist MIS officer in web-based data entries;
§ Assist in data cleaning;
§ Support in sub-grantees documents review and archiving;
§ Track record of document to delivered to sub-grantees;
§ Support in photocopies and printing of required documents;
§ Field visits to program areas (not mandatory but if required);
§ Support to PSU team when required;
§ Any other task assigned by the MIS officer.
Trainings:
On job training will be provided to MIS intern

Counter Terrorism Policy
Concern receives a substantial amount of funding from external donors each year.
