Key Responsibilities
- To perform analysis on all NCRs of both foundries and machine shops
- To follow up for the closing of all NCRs generated by QA
- To find out the root causes of all repeated NCR and to audit of such NCRS prior to closing
- To standardize all existing QA procedures of foundries and machine shops
- To develop standard protocols for foundries and also to ensure the implementation with the assistance of floor QA Incharge
- To maintain the continual improvement form
- To tackle all NDT matters
Responsibilities and Authority
- To coordinate all NDT activities at company and on customer sites
- To assist HSE officer in implementing safety rules at shop floors
- To manage generation of all QA certificates/documents, timely.
- To log QA recommendations and see if changes done or not.
- To maintain customer complains record and initiate improvement meetings
- To monitor the QA staff, working in QA (Document control, incoming inspection, HSE, NDT and calibration)
- To see administrative matters of QA
- To coordinate for the training of QA staff where necessary
