- Lead the system development and integration of software within team to ensure quality development of the solutions.
- Working with Management and Development team for planning and execution of Software development activities.
- Adopt
and maintain Industry best practices and excellent programming
standards to continually improve quality of applications software.
- Utilize
innovative approaches to solve complex technical problems and apply
advanced technical principles, theories and concepts to develop
products.
- Accountable for a quality architecture and design of applications.
- Lead in project and release planning related activities
- Accountable for technical trainings and mentoring of development team.
- Hands on development as and when required.
Required Skills:
- Strong skills in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming (OOA, OOD and OOP).
- Expert Level Programming skills in C#, ASP.NET & AJAX.
- Must have working experience in Dot Net Framework 3.5 and later.
- Must have worked in Web Services/WCF /Windows Services.
- Must have experience of leading development teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Should have good understanding of industry best practices and standards.
