Job Description:

Planning, Managing, Handling, and Reporting for completing Procss for Sourcing, Marketing, & Sales are completed accurately in timely manner, with required level of productivity. Developing & maintaining marketing strategies in a manner that Individual & Organizational objectives are met in accordance with company policies. Developing marketing strategies and plans for new and existing segments related to Corporate Markets Extensive Communication & Coordination to manage professional relationships with international corporate Customers, Suppliers, and also with Co-workers, Management, etc. Keep a tab on industry activities and prepare best practices on short and long term plans for implementation in the company. Staying ahead of Industry Trends by making innovative recommendations for improvements in the policies and process, especially in the area of increasing efficiencies and automations Proactively identify business challenges/opportunities and work closely with the management to develop objectives while selecting methodologies. This position is ideally suited for Females being a completely INDOOR OFFICE WORK only.

Skills Required:

Quantitative and qualitative analysis expertise (analysis, modeling, policy, methodology, financial/business impacts, reporting), for successful measurement of market opportunity, sizing, and metrics. Fluency in written and spoken English for Influential Professional Communication. Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with international corporate Customers, Co-workers, Management, etc. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, technical and business concepts, related products and markets. Ability to handle multi-tasking and changing gears quickly, while prioritizing and managing the work-flow effectively with meeting deadlines. Must possess Good IQ level, Common-Sense, Problem-Solving, Negotiation, Analytical, Complaint handling, and Mathematical skills. Effective communicator with strategic thinking, writes concisely, and speaks easily to large and small groups including peers and executives. Organized, Confident, Energetic, Adaptable, Creative, Team Player, Flexible, Punctual, Innovative, Good Listener, Team Player Proficiency in using MS OUTLOOK, EXCEL, WORD, etc. Minimum One Year Experience handling similar practices in office environment will be an added advantage.
