Job Description

The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a Bachelors and/or MBA/Masters degree in Management or any related field
• Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description:

• Liaise with, schedule and handle Sales Department ‘s meetings, official travel, appointments, correspondence, queries etc. within and outside Mobilink.
• Manage routine administrative chores of Regional business head
• Provide support/help to entire Sales team by catering to its day-to-day administrative needs/requirements.
• Schedule and handle training and travel related tasks of Sales Team
• Organize Regional Promos & campaigns
• Responsible for verification of Staff Commissioning & Visibility to sales team
• Follow-ups with the Sales team to ensure timelines are met
• Arrange team meetings with internal stakeholders/retailers/Franchise sessions
• Manage Retailers freebies and maintain daily follow ups with the team
